HISTORY OF DELTA TENINGEN

In 1928 Frankfurter Kondensatoren Fabrik (FRAKO) was founded in Frankfurt/Main. Teningen history begins in 1932 with the relocation to Teningen, Baden-Württemberg. In 1934 the production of the first power supplies began and in 1969 the first switch-mode power supply has been developed and designed. In 1990 Frako became a member of Ascom AG Switzerland and was named Ascom Frako GmbH. Ascom aquired ABB Power Supplies in 1999. In 2003 Delta Group aquired Ascom and since then the company is listed Delta Energy Systems (Germany) GmbH.
