HISTORY OF DELTA SOEST

Soest history begins in 1906, with the foundation of the Concordia Elektrizitäts AG (CEAG). In 1925 it was taken over by Quandt and later in 1978 by BBC. In 1988 ABB aquired BBC and in 1998 the first power supplies has been developed. One year later, in 1999, Ascom bought the company. In 2003 Delta Group aquired Ascom and since then the company is listed Delta Energy Systems (Germany) GmbH.
