To reinforce our development department at our Berne site, we are currently seeking a Senior Engineer HW Design as a prospective Group Leader HW Design

As a subsidiary of a successful international consortium headquartered in Taiwan, we belong to the global players in the area of power supply systems, video systems, network technology and electronic components. Delta is worldwide one of the biggest producers of these product groups with an annual turnover of more than 4 billion US dollars. At our site in Bern, Switzerland, we develop and sell power supply systems.

To further develop the R&D Team in Bern, we are currently looking for a

Senior Engineer HW Design
as a prospective Group Leader HW Design

Responsibilities

• Group leader for the HW design team
• Project leadership
• Close cooperation with Product Managers to work out specifications of new products
• Development of rectifier and inverter modules according to specification
• Strong cooperation including shared projects with other R&D teams all over the world

Your skills

• Experience in leading project teams or qualified senior engineer ready to take the next step
• Experience in project leadership
• Good knowledge and experience in the development of switch mode power supplies (rectifiers and/or inverters) including related design tools. Knowledge about international Safety and EMC standards.
• Good team player
• Open and international mindset with communicative attitude
• Good knowledge of English (oral and written)
• Office location is in Bern
