To further develop our R&D Team in Bern we are currently looking for a Software Engineer Embedded Systems.

SW Engineer Embedded Systems

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and test embedded software for digital controlled rectifiers Commissioning and functional tests until mass production
• Develop technical documentation
• Enhance the product family with innovative ideas
• Close collaboration to other engineering teams, marketing and production

Requirements

• University degree in information technology, telecommunication or electrical engineering
• Good knowledge of C/C++
• Experience in embedded software development
• Experience in embedded hardware development (32 bit ARM microcontroller, flash, EEPROM, A/D converter, SPI, UART)
• You are familiar with state of the art analyse and design methods
• Experience in TDD (Test Driven Development) and unit test is an advantage
• Experience  field bus communication systems (CAN) and control engineering is an advantage
• Good knowledge of German and English
